The
curriculum consists of theory and practical classes in
the field of Speech - Language Pathology, Audiology
and allied subjects such as Psychology, Linguistics,
Electronics etc.
|
 |
The
candidates admitted would be trained in the
assessment, management and rehabilitation of persons
with speech, language and hearing disorders such as
Aphasia, Learning Disability and other childhood
communication disorders resulting from hearing loss,
mental retardation, cerebral palsy etc.

The total
duration of the Degree Program is 4 years which
includes one academic year internship. |

candidates higher in merit against SC/OBC category.
**02 seats for DHLS/ certificate holder applicants .incase
of eligible candidates seats will be filled by other
candidates according to merit however if applicants are more
remaining applicants will be considered with general
candidate and they will be given 10% weightage in the marks
of 10+2.
1. Reservations are available for reserved categories as per
rules of C.G. Govt.
2. If Seats allocated to different reserved categories
remain vacant due to non availability of candidates, these
seats will be reverted as follows:
ST —>
SC —> OBC —> General. |

Eligibility
:
A Candidate
seeking admission to Bachelor of Audiology and Speech
Language Pathology must have Higher Secondary with at least
first division marks (60%) (With Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics/Biology/Computer Science) and for ST/SC
candidates minimum % will be 55 %.
> 50% of the seats will be reserved for the candidates of
Chhattisgarh only. |

Age Limit :
Must be between 17-25 years on 30th September. The upper age
. The upper age limit is relaxable by two years in case of
SC/ST. |
